Are there instructions for my off day(s) on my Couch to 5k plan? All I've done today was wake up, eat multi-grain cereal, sleep, wake-up answer text messages, sleep, wake-up read, eat collard greens, watch Kimora & Tori & Dean, and eat Chex mix. Not that I'm complaining, but, uh.... Is there something else I'm supposed to be doing on the days when I don't exercise?
