i've been inspired again: ~$18k in 240

{insert my "usual blog reading" opening sentence here} Our Little Apartment is a new blog that I'm following. A, the author of this blog wrote a post HERE that mirrored my thought exactly on a little issue we like to call budgeting. I mean she hit it on the head, it was as if we had talked and I bore my soul to her. A, I'd just like to say. Everything will be okay. We're ALL there. We've all been there and I'm safe to speak to everyone when I say, budgeting is a bear! Hey, that kind of rhymed... lol!
With that said. I've decided to add a cute little widget to the right that will count down to the day the Senator and I go back to visit our NACA rep. For those of you who don't know, we're trying to buy our first home at the end of this year so we're getting disciplined. I talk a bit more about it here.

so, this is the official public commitment to paying off ~$18,000 in debt in 240 days (the day we're due to go back and sit with our NACA rep)
