i guess, scratch that, I know! no good thing comes w/o a struggle and some sacrifice... i guess it will just have to force me to be extra creative, because i refuse to forfeit the budget or not pay a bill just because it's hard. I mean, we've got a home to buy and I'm, sorry, "we" are serious about that thing.!
an indirectly related note: I've separated all the clothes, shoes, and everything else that I am going to use to start footwear & clothing by MP. I posted my first item for sale today. I plan to take pictures and log everything tomorrow in it's appropriate categories. i'm so excited. i imagine getting e-mails from bloggers and thrifty shoppers asking for items. I'd like to think my clothes are cool and other people would want to buy them. I can't help but feel the slow creeping panic i felt when i first got a FB page... I was paranoid that no one would want to be my friend. only this time, i'm afraid no one will want to buy my clothes.
i even got the Senator to throw in a few things for my "uncategorized goodies".
i really want this little venture of mine to work, i mean i don't need the clothes and i refuse to do a yard sale again. my MIL and i did one last spring and I gave away tons of goodies, awesome shoes, bags, clothes, etc. and came home with $50. i mean it was $50 i didn't have and i got a mani and pedi, but my heart ached for weeks.. i just felt like i got taken, ya dig what i'm saying? n-t-way, footwear & clothing by mp will serve as a place for me to do good and to anyone out there who's ever seen a bag or a pair of shoes of mine and wanted them, following this blog and participating my be your chance to get that item.
