i can't import my photos

tonight i made pulled bbg chicken sandwiches and threw some mac and cheese in the oven that O left, i still have not learned to make the rue yet. i took really great photos and wanted to share, but i can't import my photos into iPhoto from my camera. so sad! i was so excited to share... fret not, i'll keep working on it.

i know i was supposed to post about the completion of footwear & clothing by mp, but i suck and after my conference call from 11-2, my run to the post office, and my very interesting errand to my MIL's house to drop off two pieces of mail, I was exhausted! i don't get it, it's not like i got up to shovel snow with the Senator... anyway, i got back, did a bit of work, then napped. by the time i woke up it was 10 til 7 and i still had dinner to make. that's where the idea for a quick meal came from. i don't like to eat too late, well... except for tonight... we ate around 9-ish or so. n-t-way back to my original issue, i can't complete the import. i get the notice that says that the import is happening, but then the camera shuts off and and i have to turn it off then on again, and when i go to check to see if i've got photos in the "last import" folder, nothing is there.
ugh! i'm not super tech savvy, i've got a macbook, the generation before the last one, and i've got a c653 easy share by kodak.

does anyone know what i should do? I'd love to hear some suggestions from any of my 6 followers....
