starting tonight at 6pm (because i'm drinking a pepsi right now). I am going into detox. this am on the way to work, the senator and i were talking. i had a craving for a sausage biscuit (I DON'T EAT RED MEAT). i got one, had three bites and felt extremely nauseous. i said to the senator i can't figure out if i'm a runner why i stay overweight.. too many carbs?!
he says, probably, wanna go on a no-carb diet and keep up your workout? i said.... okay.
so here it is.
#1 get exercise ball
#2 keep running 3 days/wk + exercise on body ball two days/wk
#3 no sugars or carbs for one week (next week is Thanksgiving!!!... what do you want from me?!)
#4 re-evaluate next week.
i'll keep you posted... wish me success!

So while I'm glad you visited me over at Figs and super glad you like my drink recipe, I have to tell you the bad news that hot buttered rum is NOT going to help your diet. But did I mention that I think diets are bullshit? I prefer "eat in moderation, exercise like fiend." :)
Hey, what you could do right now is watch your carbs right now because you know Thanksgiving is coming up and you know you are going to get down with the get down. Continue yoru walking and eat more vegetables and smaller meals for breakfast and lunch. Watch your intake of the greatest choclate chips cookies in the whole world. LOL!
